Free first timers training program
Do you want to get in and have a go at your first triathlon? Download and use our free First Timers Training Program. This is a basic 6 week program that will have you ready for the short distance Scorching triathlon (Swim 250m, Cycle 15k, Run 2.5k).
Training programs for Club Champs event
Club members can take part in our sprint and standard distance club champs events, held in December and March every year.
Basic training programs are available for both these events, but are available to club members only. To access these training programs please contact Gerrard Smith, the official Club Coach.
