Saturday Swim Bike Run Training

For Club members we have a FREE swim bike run (SBR) training session every Saturday morning from January to March, and we are looking for options for continuing regular weekly group sessions throughout the off-season (we will update this page when details are confirmed).

Details of the specific weekly sessions are included on our calendar and will also be advertised on the club Facebook page each Thursday. These SBR sessions provide an opportunity to get together as a club, meet other Club members, do some fun / challenging training, and learn some new skills.

We have something for everyone including first timers, youth, Ironman athletes, and everyone in between. Come join us!
